RDR Cowboy Hat Marlboro 4X Silver Gray

The Marlboro is a different hat from the Sinaloa Patron, and the crown is the difference. Where a cattleman is creased down the center and dented on both sides, the Marlboro block runs taller and straighter — a dressier profile that reads sharp with a tucked shirt and a good belt.

Silver gray is the color that does the most work in a closet. It is light enough to wear through a Texas summer, it does not show dust the way black does, and it sits with brown boots as easily as with black. If black feels like too much and white feels like too little, this is the one.

This is the 4X grade, the entry point of the line: a practical felt at a fraction of what the fur grades cost. The brim measures 4 inches.
