We are a physical retail store located in Dallas, Texas. This website serves exclusively as an inventory catalog for local reference. We do not operate as an e-commerce store; we do not facilitate online sales, nor do we process shipments or deliveries. All purchases, exchanges, and returns are conducted in-person at our physical store location.
Return Process:
At Teres Western Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of the in-store purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and include original tags and proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of purchase so we can review and resolve the issue. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected at our store. Returns brought in without prior approval may not be accepted.
