The hornback pattern in black — and black changes how it reads entirely. Where the brown version shows the ridged spine texture openly, black turns it into shadow and relief: you feel the dimension before you see the pattern, which makes it the dressier of the two.

Hornback is the ridged section along a caiman's spine, reproduced here in embossed leather with a Suavel top on the shaft.

What "print" means here: the texture is pressed into real leather rather than taken from a caiman. It costs a fraction of genuine exotic and wears more evenly, since there are no natural ridges to lift. If you want genuine caiman, ask us in store — we carry it.
