Bull shoulder is a real leather cut, not a print — and it's the toughest one in the Reparo line. The shoulder section of the hide carries natural wrinkle and grain from where the animal moved, which means the boot has character built in rather than applied. It's also denser and more abrasion-resistant than belly or side leather, which is why saddlers have used it for generations.
