The EVA midsole keeps the weight down and the flex up. Inside, a soft mesh lining and a contoured, ventilated, removable cushion footbed move air and cushion each step, and the footbed comes out if you wear your own orthotic.
Double row welt stitching reinforces the construction where the upper meets the sole. The 1½-inch rocker heel encourages a natural stride instead of fighting it.
