The WorkHog VentTEK features ATS Max technology, an extra-wide midfoot support system that disperses pressure across the foot for increased stability, delivering the same comfort at the end of your day that you had when you started. The patented U-Turn Entry System uses a flexible panel in the shaft so people with high arches can slip into pull-on boots without a fight. VentTEK mesh panels in the shaft enhance airflow to keep feet cool and reduce heat buildup on hot days. Premium full-grain leather foot construction stands up to jobsite abrasion and develops character over time. The removable Pro Performance insole delivers cushioning and shock absorption and can be taken out for cleaning or replacement. A lightweight EVA midsole absorbs shock for comfort during long hours on your feet. The oil- and slip-resistant Duratread sole combines lasting durability with flexibility, passes hot contact testing at 300°C, and features a self-cleaning, non-tracking tread design that sheds debris rather than tracking it. An internal stability chassis supports proper alignment, while the 90° heel provides secure footing on ladders and rungs. Goodyear welt construction joins the sole to the upper for lasting durability and enables professional resoling. Mesh lining adds breathability. Rated ASTM F2892 EH for electrical hazard resistance and ASTM F3445 for slip resistance.
