Arango Imitation Pirarucu Tobacco Cowboy Boots – 4902

The pirarucu print in tobacco — a deeper, smokier brown than the saddle version, with more red in it. Pirarucu is the giant Amazonian fish whose hide produces large overlapping scales unlike anything else in western footwear, and the darker finish turns that pattern into shadow and dimension rather than open display.

This is an imitation, and that's the honest trade. The pattern is pressed into real leather rather than taken from a fish. Genuine pirarucu costs several times as much — ask us in store if you want the real hide. This version gives you the texture at a fraction of the price, and it wears evenly since there are no natural scale edges to lift.
