Do you carry steel toe and composite toe work boots?
Yes. ASTM F2413-rated boots in steel toe, composite toe, alloy toe (Twisted X) and nano toe, plus soft-toe styles, from Ariat, Durango, Twisted X and Justin. Every rated boot has the ASTM label inside the shaft — ask us to show you.
How much do work boots cost at Teres?
From $114.95 (Ariat Treadfast 6") to $259.99 (Twisted X alloy toe). The cheapest rated steel toe is the Ariat Treadfast at $124.95, the cheapest composite toe the Ariat Edge LTE at $134.95, and waterproof Durango Maverick XP steel toes start at $150.
Steel toe or composite toe — which should I buy?
When both carry the ASTM F2413 I/75 C/75 mark they pass the same tests. Composite is lighter and doesn't carry heat into the toe box, which matters in a Dallas summer; steel is cheaper. Your employer or job site decides whether you need a rated toe at all.
Do you have waterproof, slip-resistant and wide sizes?
Yes. Most waterproof styles are Durango Maverick XP and Twisted X, plus the Ariat Rebar Wedge; almost every boot we carry has an oil- and slip-resistant sole; most work styles are stocked in D and EE. Bring your work socks — and remember a safety toe doesn't break in, so it has to fit in the store.
