The Franco Cuadra FC865 is the dress end of the Cuadra range — genuine caiman paired with bovine leather, hand-painted in black, and built with two zippers rather than one. That detail is the practical argument: the boot opens fully on both sides, so it goes on and comes off without pulling, and it keeps a close, clean line around the ankle that a pull-on can't hold.

Subtle brocade detailing runs the design, with the Franco Cuadra logo engraved on the side. The caiman scale structure gives texture that a printed leather can't reproduce, and the black hand-painted finish keeps it formal rather than flashy — this is the exotic that works at an event, in an office, or anywhere a patterned boot would be too much.
