Ariat Men 10050837 Rebar Lift Chukka Composite Toe Work Boot

Same lightweight comfort as the standard Rebar Lift Chukka, with a non-metallic composite safety toe added — which makes this the version to buy if your job site requires protective footwear. The composite toe won't set off a metal detector and doesn't conduct temperature the way steel does, so your toes don't freeze in winter or cook in summer. At 5.5 inches with a moc toe, it still reads casual enough to wear beyond the job.

The Rebar Lift Chukka Composite Toe is built from premium full-grain leather uppers for durability against jobsite abrasion. ATS technology provides ergonomic support on uneven terrain. The removable All Day Cushioning insole delivers comfort and support and can be taken out for cleaning or replacement. The FLX Foam midsole has a light, springy feel that cushions each step, noticeably livelier underfoot than standard EVA. The lightweight sole is made with SMARTLITE material from Huntsman, cutting weight while holding grip. Linings are 50% recycled polyester, adding durability while reducing material waste.

The non-metallic composite round safety toe is ASTM F2413 M/I/C rated for impact and compression protection. The boot also meets ASTM F2413 for electrical hazard resistance and ASTM F3445 for slip resistance — a full safety spec in a boot that weighs far less than a traditional steel toe. The 5.5-inch height with 1.25-inch heel provides ankle support without bulk.
